
Phillip is passionate about health & fitness, a journey that began in childhood, inspired by his father, an Army Captain. He played volleyball professionally and coached teams to championships before shifting his focus to rehabilitation and pain management due to sports injuries, including his own.
Today, Phillip specializes in Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening (AiS) to help clients of all ages eliminate pain and improve strength. Outside of his practice, he deepens his health knowledge, enjoys health podcasts, and explores nature.
Phillip is excited to guide others toward a pain-free, stronger life.
